A Great Day for The Birds

This morning, despite the snowy conditions we all went hunting again.

It was such a lovely time, romping with my new friends Otto, Chili and Taylor.

Taylor is Mr Eddie's new pup and he sure is a cute little devil. I was really having fun with him and mom said I might be able to hang out with him again some day.

For Otto and Taylor it was their first day on birds and boy were they on it! Natural born hunters, if I ever saw some.

Of course I wasn't so shabby myself. The poor conditions, no wind and dry air didn't help matters but I knew some quail was out there with my name on it.

Glenn even had a chance to "run me" for the first bird and he did a great job!! Woo hoo!!

Then mom bought out the big guns (well a starter pistol really) and we did some intense work on the next two. Another day of hunting success!

Now... when is the next training session Mr. Rich??

Oh Briztow this looks like a spectacular day! What fun you must have had. I thought it was strange that you 'take a taxi to get the car' ?? we just open the door and it's in the garage???

My dear Ms. Brisztow--

I am in awe of your outdoor skills. Actually, I'm in awe of you altogether and have been for quite some time. Your tales of urban life are thrilling, and I find you rather fetching.

Yrs. truly,
