What a Resource, Too Bad it's Only in the UK

I was surfing through my other friends blogs when I noticed that Miss Troon has really made a leap forward in updating her blog with the addition of Arnie. Not only are there posts galore but she has also provided a very helpful link to those of you in the UK: Driving with Dogs.

Here is what their website says:

Driving with Dogs gives dogs and their drivers a wonderful walk, and a dog-welcoming pub or coffee shop, within 5 miles of UK motorway exits.

Now, instead of passing those idyllic woods and streams right by the motorway, use the routes here to make travel more fun for both you and your dog.

Each walk is carefully researched and tested by the DwD team - David and Lezli and our tireless collie, Jem. We value your comments and support - so do let us know when you've enjoyed a walk.

Wow. That would be awesome to have here for the US of A.

Just imagine.

A road map of all the places for us and our parents to visit!

We have a book called "The Dog Lover's Guide to California" (or something like that) that's similar in concept to this guide.
