Sunday Snoozin.

"Mom, I will just stare at you until you GET OUT OF BED!!!"

After yesterday's long walk, I was ready to stay in bed all day, but that would have spoiled Mom, so I was up and at 'em right at 6:00a. Mom was a little bit more difficult to convince but by 6:45 we were out the door and off the park.

There aren't many people outside at that time. A few birds (yummy) and a few bums (yucky), but that's about it. We had the dog run all to ourselves. AND the pool was filled up, so I practiced some more bubbles, tiptoeing, and splashing. Mom once again forgot the camera, so you'll just have to take my word for it - I am so freakin' cute. I am hoping to compete in the Olympics one day. Do they have the doggie paddle as an event yet? Let's lobby the Olympic Committee!

After the park and breakfast we did a little indoor playing and TV watching. Mom was conserving all of their strength for her Yoga class that she and her friend Cara were going to take. Neither of them has been to very many yoga classes, but they decided to try an open vinysa class at their near-by studio, Life in Motion. Mom said that when the instructor asked how many times they took classes and everyone laughed at their experience, she and Cara had to just press forward. She said "they did the best they could". Is that why she can't walk or move?

After yoga, Mom picked me up at the apartment and we met Cara and Heather for al Fresco dining at o'Henry's, the outdoor cafe right across from the 105th Street dog run in Riverside Park. That was fun. Mom brought my dinner and I ate along with everyone else too. I had a plastic bottle to play with and the other diners were cheering me on when it would get away from me. I should have charged admission!
