Snowcaine

When mom, Glenn and I went out for my morning walk to day we had a wonderful surprise.

It was snowing!

The first real snow of the winter so far, actually. I'd completely forgotten what snow was all about until the moment it's delicious cold whiteness touched my nose. It was like snow-cocaine for puppies. I was revved up and ready to run!

We made our way slip-sliding into the park, mom unleashed me and I was off.

Like a rocket dashing between trees, around fences and through puddles. I thought is couldn't get any better but then Laika arrived and we both had a field day.

Mom was glad to see Ms. Jane so the final pre-surgery arrangements could be made, and she could be reassured that no shaving on my arms would occur.

Ms. Jane also said she would resist carving her initials into my fur too. Whew. that's a relief. I didn't even think to worry about that! Ms. Deb would've had a fit!
