Splish, Splash

Since it has been so hot here in the Big Apple, mom and I have been frequenting the 105th Street Dog Run pool. I might have mentioned it previously, but this summer it is even more official, with a premanent Astro Turf "hill" leading up to it and proper drainage.

I wuff to stand in the water and splash around. And I have even made up a new game.

I put two or three tennis balls into the water and paw at them, trying to get them to pop up out of the water. The challenge is that I also keep my two back paws on the ramp, out of the water, so only my front half is getting wet. This way I can easily spring out of the water, if another dog tries to get in on the game.

I prefer to be in the pool all by myself.
